The Vocal Booth Weekender is built around the people, the atmosphere and the music. It is not a profit led event. For this reason we are happy to provide all of these wonderful parties for the small, one-off fee of £33* plus paypal charge.
For this fee you will receive an ID Pass plus printed lanyard for free entry to all events and poolside access in the main hotel, a full programme of the weekend plus any promotional gifts we can create depending on the numbers attending.
We recommend you book your flight before you pay for your pass. Do not panic, we do not expect to get to a point where we stop selling passes this year due to excess numbers attending.
Instructions
Upon booking your flight, fill in the name and click the “add to cart” button for each pass required.
Once you see the paypal window, click “continue shopping” to go back and add multiple pass names if required.
Follow the instructions to log into your paypal account.
If you do not have a paypal account, follow the simple and easy instructions to pay by credit/debit card.
This will create individually named passes that you collect upon arrival.
Feel free to use your DJ name or chat room name if you wish.
Print off your paypal receipt and bring it along with you. Only with this receipt can you collect your pass/passes.
Deadline for payment to receive your personalized pass and your name entered into the programme will be 1st Aug 2010.
From 1st Aug, the price rises to £43. This hopefully encourages everyone to pay early, enabling us an easier run up to the event (something we didn’t get last year).
