What am I missing by not being in the primary hotel ?
Nothing, except the convenience of having your room right there when you need it.
Will I be allowed into the primary hotel ?
Yes, your pass will give you access to all the parties and poolside of the primary hotel during the day. However, as time draws on we may have to state a cut off point, this will be made clearly known ahead of you purchasing a pass, should it be the case.
Where are all the parties happening ?
There will be DJs in the main hotel, poolside, during the day. On each night we move to a nightclub which is yards from the hotel. Sunday afternoon we have a second, luxurious poolside venue for a full-on daytime party. We also now have DJs on Monday for anyone staying longer.
How far is the 2nd hotel from the action?
A leisurely 10 to 15 min walk along the beach, or 3 minutes by taxi. (This time it is actually 15 mins and not 1 hour like last year)
Can I attend without a pass ?
Yes, however there will be a door charge for all the parties that will cost more than the price of the pass and you will not be allowed poolside of the primary hotel.
Can anyone come ?
Yes. The daytime parties are for everyone, the area is even perfect for families to come and you could take it in turn to babysit each night. We recommend the second hotel for anyone wishing to bring children.
How long should I come for ?
There will be a lot of people arriving on Thursday to get settled in. The radio show will be live in a small bar or poolside of the hotel. DJs will also play Friday afternoon. Whilst it would be advantageous to get there as early as possible, people arriving late Friday evening will still catch up on all the fun. We strongly advise you stay for the after-party on Sunday.
Which airport shall I fly to ?
Murcia is the closest airport, Alicante is only slightly further away but will cost more to travel to. Last year people found cheaper flights to Alicante, only to lose money by the time they paid for transfers. If you can only fly into Alicante, that is no problem. If you know others that are coming, try to be on the same flight so you can all share a mini-bus, saving you a great deal of money. Info on the mini-bus airport pick ups will be released shortly.
Anyone travelling from outside of Europe (Long haul) it is probably a cheaper and more convenient option to fly into the UK and then out again on one of the budget airlines listed on the info page. Take 10 minutes to price all possibilities.
I’m travelling alone, can I still get airport transfers
Once we have a decent amount of people booked, there will be a group opened on facebook for people attending to communicate and arrange flights and transfers. If you mail the agents (see info page) with your flight details, they are more than likely able to put you on a mini bus with others on your flight.
Do I need a car ?
No, If you are here to party and chill for a few days either side, there is everything you need in the locality, a short taxi ride will get you to wherever you need. A hire car may be as cheap as your airport transfers, depending on how many are on your flight.
What days are certain DJs playing ?
We will release the timetable nearer to the event itself. We have extended the event so the after-party is now one of the main parties also.
Will the line up change ?
All the DJs are confirmed, although sometimes situations force them to change their availability. We don’t foresee this happening and will endeavour to find suitable replacements should ANY of the DJs have to change their plans.
I’m a really great DJ, can I get a set?
Unfortunately all slots are now taken. Please don’t take offence if we don’t reply to your emails asking to play.
When do I have to pay ?
You will deal direct with the hotels or rental agents for accommodation, different places will have different specifications.
As of Aug 1st, pass price is now £43. You can purchase your pass immediately or wait, we suggest you book your hotel first.
Anyone wishing to attend at the last minute will be able to purchase passes in Spain at a higher price.
I want to pay in Euros, can I ?
Paypal will automatically pay in sterling, giving you the current exchange rate at the time of booking. Click here to see what the current exchange rate is for any currency.
I have paid for my pass, what now ?
You will receive a notification from us. Print off a copy of your receipt showing payment and pass names, and bring it along to the main hotel when you arrive. We will have an admin office where you can collect your party pack. Please join this PRIVATE group on Facebook if you have bought your pass or someone has bought it for you, we will be able to see from your name if you are on the list and accept you.
I don’t have a paypal account, is there any other way to pay ?
To make it easier to process all payments and passes, we have decided to only use paypal this year. If you do not have an account, follow the instructions on line to pay using your credit card within paypal.
What will the production seminar be, and when ?
This is now closed and consists of a group of 25 people.
What will the weather be like ?
At this time of year the chances of rain are extremely low. Temperatures could be anything from 24-30 degrees.
What if I cannot make the event after purchasing a pass ?
As we will be creating a nice few surprises and gifts for you from the pass money, no refunds will be handed out, either prior to or at the event.
