2nd time lucky for recording a Vocal Booth Club Sessions videcast !
Had to get this out of my system.. Here you can see me give you a full run down on all my equipment and how I record the show, and it managed to capture the full two hours.

Repair works on the internet for the whole of La Manga (Spain) meant that this week’s show was presented mostly off air. No nonsense to contend with in the chat room, no distracting remarks, no talk of food.. it felt slightly odd and I am curious to listen back myself to see if the vibe is still there.
The last hour saw me back up and running and it was nice to get such a nice welcome into the Pressure Lounge.
As usual, I got VERY excited when talking about my forthcoming plans and shared some great music.

After taking time off for my son’s Birthday and then the fiasco of the flight restrictions causing another weekend without gigs, I am looking forward to a very big month of May indeed.
Probably the strongest run of gigs I have ever had in one month takes me to a selection of my favourite gis, to meet some of my favourite people, playing some of my favourite music. I truly am hyped ! Read on

It gives me ENORMOUS pleasure to share the new promotional video with you for the upcoming single on Sounds of the Booth.
You will have heard me interview the lovely Nica Brooke almost two months ago now, in that time she seems to have appeared on a few real strong productions and there are even more lined up for the summer… I am glad to have gotten to her before she is way too busy for l’il ole me.
I find making these videos very therapeutic and while they could be a lot better.. they are what they are and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Here’s a short interview that took place ahead of my great gig the other week in Zagreb.

My intention was to record the whole mix on video as I got busy, the frustrating thing is that it worked fine for anyone watching live, but for some reason the recording ends after some 13 mins.. damn technology !!
I definitely will do this again.. at least you can see my set up and how I record the mix/the equipment I use.

It turned out I was missing something VERY obvious last week on the Vocal Booth, as I attempted to come to you in glorious sound & vision. So I am going to give it another shot tonight.
If I am honest, I know it works now, so don’t really need to test it again, but I think that with your input we could make it an enjoyable experience, plus once I get something in my head I cannot rest until I get it out.
